What we process
We use aggregate site analytics and technical request data to keep CouponX reliable and understand which public pages are useful. If you contact us, we also receive the name, email address and message that you choose to provide. CouponX does not require an account to browse offers.
How we use data
We use this information to operate and secure the site, improve offer pages, diagnose errors and answer enquiries. Contact details submitted through the form are not added to a marketing newsletter.
Local storage and functional data
The site may remember functional preferences such as the selected colour theme and may use a session to protect forms and show confirmation messages. These mechanisms are used to make the requested site features work.
Affiliate links
When you use a coupon we may redirect you through an affiliate link and earn a commission at no cost to you.
External services
A merchant, affiliate network or analytics provider may process a request under its own privacy terms when you open an external link or when analytics are enabled. CouponX does not receive your payment-card details or the contents of an order placed with a merchant.
Retention and your choices
We keep submitted contact information only while it is needed to answer the request, protect the service or meet applicable obligations. You can ask what contact information we hold or request its deletion through the contact page.
