Orders are delivered across Russia through CDEK, Boxberry, Russian Post and courier services. Availability, price and delivery time depend on the destination, parcel weight and order value. Delivery to Belarus and Kazakhstan is also available, while other international EMS shipments must be arranged individually. Customers can pay by bank card and, for selected delivery methods, by cash or cash on delivery. The Dolyami service divides an eligible purchase into four payments.
Only one BBcream promo code can be entered per order. A coupon may be combined with loyalty points and the cumulative discount, although individual promotions can prohibit combining offers. BB-Friends members currently earn 5% cashback in BB Coins and can use accumulated coins toward up to 30% of a future order.
An order can be cancelled before it is transferred to the delivery company. Eligible returns are accepted within seven days when the product remains unused, saleable and in unopened packaging. The customer pays return shipping, and opened cosmetics of satisfactory quality are generally not returnable.
