Delivery usually includes placement in the room of choice, positioning, installation and packaging removal. The order must be paid in full before delivery.

Accessories purchased online can be returned or exchanged within seven days when accompanied by proof of purchase and retained in their original packaging. Online furniture can only be rejected or returned at the time of delivery. Discounted, installed, hygiene-related and customised products are excluded. Inspect furniture before signing the delivery document and record any visible damage immediately. Confirmed manufacturing defects are generally addressed through repair first, followed by replacement when necessary.
