Displayed or delivered digital goods are generally not refundable because the buyer changed their mind or selected an incompatible platform, edition or region. Do not confirm delivery until you have tested the key, account or service. If something is missing or does not match the listing, retain the seller conversation and screenshots, open a dispute and escalate it to the marketplace within the applicable timeframe.
