An item already stocked by the selected pharmacy can be reserved for fast free pickup, while missing items may first be transferred from the warehouse. Courier delivery is available when every product is eligible and stocked by one suitable pharmacy near the address. Checkout calculates cost and timing, and partial acceptance of a courier order is unavailable.
Before paying at the pharmacy or accepting a courier order, check the name, strength, quantity, expiry date, integrity and appearance of the package. Medicines and several categories of proper-quality pharmacy goods cannot be returned or exchanged. For a defect or mismatch, retain the receipt and packaging and contact the pharmacy or support for that order promptly.
Available payment depends on fulfilment and basket composition. Pickup is paid at the pharmacy using the displayed cash, card or Faster Payments System option. Courier orders use an eligible online card or available digital method, while some product categories can disable online payment.
Only one coupon can be applied to an order. The new-customer offer covers the first three online orders above its minimum spend, with the benefit increasing from the first to the third order. It does not combine with other item discounts, and the basket applies the strongest available option.
Catalogue, price, stock and fulfilment depend on region and the selected pharmacy.
