Delivery and fulfilment
MIF delivers printed books within Russia; available methods and price depend on the city and basket. The address and method may be changed before handoff to the carrier, but this can delay delivery. Digital books require no physical delivery.
Returns and cancellations
Printed books in good condition are generally not returnable or exchangeable. For a defective copy, keep the packaging and order confirmation, photograph the defect and contact support. A request concerning an ordinary book is reviewed individually; digital products do not follow the same rules as printed copies.
Important conditions
A promo code may be limited to a first order, selected format or minimum spend. Loyalty points and other discounts follow separate rules, while paid delivery is calculated separately. The recalculated basket before payment is the final eligibility check.
