The devices are functionally inspected, but shoppers should compare options with the same storage, colour and condition to assess the saving accurately.
Check the included items before ordering. Pre-owned devices arrive in Trocafone packaging, while a charger is normally sold separately and earphones are not supplied. Original water-resistance cannot be guaranteed after inspection, so the phone should be kept away from water. Normal loss of battery endurance in a previously used device should also be considered.
Trocafone provides a 90-day warranty for inspected pre-owned devices, including their batteries. Online purchases can be returned within seven calendar days of delivery when the return requirements are followed. On arrival, verify the model, storage, display, cameras, mobile connection, charging and cosmetic condition; damage or an incorrect item should be reported within three days.
