Why does the UVI up-to-20% code not apply to Outlet items?
The code excludes luxury and outlet categories. Outlet pricing belongs to the individual item, so the two benefits do not automatically combine.
Can UVI jewellery be returned after removing the tag?
A satisfactory distance-purchased item must retain saleable condition, seal and tag. Do not remove them before checking size, appearance and package contents.
What should I do if a UVI parcel is damaged?
Record the condition of the outer packaging before accepting. If a defect or packing error appears after opening, retain all contents and contact support with the order number to arrange a return.
