For a new organisation, enter the code during plan selection; for an existing one, open the promo-code field under payment and plan settings.
After activation, confirm the correct organisation and visible discount, then pilot the setup with a few employees.
For this cloud service, delivery means a ready organization: verified domain, configured DNS records, created accounts and assigned roles. When migrating existing mail and files, connect the same primary domain and define the cutover window, owners and completeness checks. Do not change mail records without a rollback plan.
A discounted period is not a free trial: when it ends, billing continues under the connected plan's regular terms. Before changing or leaving, record active seats, balance, add-ons and billing date, export required data and plan continued domain and mail operation. Refund or recalculation questions follow the organization's billing terms and should be raised with support.
Campaign rules decide plan and discount period; regular pricing applies afterwards, and a better current Yandex promotion can supersede the code discount.
For support prepare organization ID and name, domain, administrator account, plan, employee count, exact error, event time and relevant screenshots without secrets. For DNS include record type, name and value; for a promo code include the code, selected organization and displayed price. Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or full payment details.
Compare plans by employee count, per-user Disk space, Telemost and mailing limits, Tracker, shared disks, API, SSO, audit logs and advanced security. For the real cost include not just one seat but active accounts, add-ons, migration, backups and the regular price after the discount.

Not when you need an organization, corporate-domain email, employee management, administrator roles and policies. Personal storage can serve one user, but it is a different product and management model.
Verify domain ownership, assign separate owner and administrator accounts, enable recovery and two-factor protection, and inventory users and data. Run a pilot, prepare backups and define a DNS rollback plan before the full cutover.
