After a digital project is successfully checked out, the store emails a personal download link. When purchased under an account, files are also available from the account area. Check spam and avoid a download manager that may consume the download limit.
The public help pages describe immediate delivery of digital files but do not publish a separate, clear refund workflow for a downloaded project. If cancellation matters, ask support before payment and before opening files. Confirm physical-filament procedures separately.

Prepared G-code is primarily intended for compatible printers and the specified material. On different hardware, use the STL or 3MF and validate the profile yourself. Run a test and observe the first layer before a long print.

Free test parts help verify the printer and thin-wall process before a full aircraft is purchased. A successful ordinary print is not a substitute: these models use specialised walls and prepared profiles that require accurate extrusion and good layer bonding.
