The main ASUS website is useful for comparing specifications, while purchases are fulfilled through the ASUS India eShop by an authorised merchant.
Before ordering, compare the processor, memory, storage, graphics hardware, display, ports, weight, included accessories and exact model number. The India eShop provides domestic delivery within India only, with an estimate shown after entering the delivery postcode. Available payment options include cards, net banking, UPI, wallets and EMI, including no-cost plans on selected offers.
Apply an ASUS India promo code in the eShop cart. Confirm that the chosen configuration qualifies and check whether the discount can be combined with a sale price, bank offer or education programme. Make sure the order total changes before payment.
Returns are restrictive for electronics: products with a broken seal or opened factory packaging are generally ineligible. Shipping damage, an incorrect item or a device that is dead on arrival must be reported within the applicable period; the published DOA process allows up to seven working days. Fees can apply after dispatch or when returning an unopened product ordered incorrectly. Warranty coverage varies by model and product category and is validated using the purchase invoice, so retain the electronic invoice.
