The terms allow refunds for full unused days of hosting and VPS when conditions are met, while individual services, VPS Lite, dedicated servers, add-ons and account balance have restrictions. Funds return to the original payment instrument when it supports the operation.
Payment options
Services are prepaid. A longer billing term can carry its own discount that does not combine with a first-month code. Before payment, match the invoice total, term, added months and future renewal price; credited prior-provider balance is service-only and not cash-refundable.
