Delivery and fulfilment
Home delivery is available across the UAE; timing and cost depend on address and selected service, while the free-delivery threshold appears in the bag. Click & Collect is free at participating stores: wait for the ready message and collect within the stated period.
Returns and cancellations
An online order can be requested for return within 14 days when the item is eligible, unused and accompanied by its packaging and invoice. Satisfactory fragrance, skin care and cosmetics are generally excluded; report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item promptly after receipt.
Payment options
Available cards, digital methods, cash on delivery and installment options depend on the bag and address and appear during checkout. Refunds normally return to the original payment method; cash-on-delivery or Click & Collect orders may require an in-store visit.
Important conditions
A voucher may be single-use and limited to eligible products, so apply it only after the bag is final. Home-delivery and Click & Collect items cannot be combined in one order. A product bought in another country cannot be returned in the UAE.
