Before and after checkout
Delivery and fulfilment
Pickup is available after the ready notification. Moscow and the surrounding region can use a Yandex Delivery courier, while Russian regions use CDEK and other displayed options. Fitting and payment on handover depend on the selected route.
Returns and cancellations
For a standard-item return, preserve saleable condition, labels, packaging and unworn state. Agree the route, complete the form and include the original; the customer pays return shipping for a non-defective item.
Payment options
An order can be paid online in full, split through an available instalment service or on handover when the selected delivery permits it. CDEK and customised items normally require prepayment, so confirm the final method at checkout.
Important conditions
A constructor item has individually selected properties and does not follow the ordinary ‘wrong size’ return route. Final-check style, colour, parameters and measurements before paying.
Manager sizing advice helps selection but does not guarantee fit. Decide from personal measurements, the style chart and desired ease, and retain the correspondence and order parameters.
