Returns and cancellations
An eligible item from the official online store can be returned within 14 days excluding the purchase day when unused, with appearance, properties, sewn and hanging labels, seals and proof of purchase preserved. Original delivery and return shipping for a change-of-mind return are not reimbursed; store, Russian Post and CDEK routes have different procedures.
Payment options
