An item may be ordered online or reserved for purchase at an available branded store.
Choose a size using body measurements and the brand chart, then consider whether the individual garment has a slim, regular or relaxed cut. Outerwear should leave enough room for an insulating layer, so check the garment length and sleeve measurements as well. Assess a jacket by its insulation composition and amount, shell material, wind protection and intended activity rather than relying only on the stated season.
Review the fabric blend, lining, hardware and care label before purchasing. Eligible items bought through the online store can be returned within 14 days when unworn and accompanied by their labels, seals and proof of purchase. Original delivery and return shipping costs are not reimbursed for a change-of-mind return.
