Deliverables and messages are kept on the order page. Check the delivery time and file formats before payment. After delivery, download and open the files and compare them with the brief before accepting; available revisions are defined by the package or custom offer.
Returns and cancellations
For an active order, start in the Resolution Center and explain the issue to the freelancer. A completed order requires Customer Support. After an approved cancellation, funds are credited to Fiverr Balance by default; an eligible payment can be separately requested back to its original payment method.
Payment options
The final checkout total includes a service fee. Available payment methods and additional verification depend on country and device. Each separate payment within an order, such as an extra service, can carry its own fee, so review the total before every confirmation.
Important conditions
Price and terms belong to the specific Gig, package or custom offer. Extras, faster delivery, added milestones and work outside the agreed scope cost separately. A Fiverr promo code or seller coupon applies only under its own eligibility rules and cannot be added after the order has been paid.
Fiverr Pro is a separate catalog and service set for working with vetted professionals and more complex projects. A Pro badge indicates platform vetting, but it does not promise a discount or replace checking the package, portfolio and order terms.

Keep the brief, agreed scope, messages and file versions inside Fiverr. Use the Resolution Center for an active order; if the issue concerns a completed order, payment or account, or cannot be resolved with the freelancer, provide the order number and evidence to Customer Support.
