Flora Express is a flower-delivery service covering Moscow, other Russian locations and international destinations. Its catalogue includes single-flower bouquets, mixed arrangements, roses, peonies and optional gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, business occasions and personal messages. Once payment is confirmed, a participating florist near the recipient prepares the order for local delivery.
Select the destination city and delivery date before choosing a bouquet, as both availability and the final displayed price depend on that information. Provide a complete address, recipient phone number, preferred time window, card message and instructions about whether the courier may call in advance. Delivery within the selected city is included in the displayed bouquet price, while an address outside its normal boundary may require an additional charge.
Same-day fulfilment depends on the destination and payment time. On major flower-giving holidays, the selected date may be confirmed without an exact delivery time. Hotel orders may be handed to reception. If a delivered bouquet has a quality problem, contact support within 24 hours and provide a photograph, order number and explanation; the published guarantee provides for replacement when the complaint is accepted.
