Core materials and assignments are available in the parent and student accounts. Digital-library contents, lesson recordings and access duration depend on the plan. Paper textbooks for some formats are issued separately and must be collected and returned under school rules; enrolment can also require original documents delivered in person or through an approved service.
Returns and cancellations
Withdrawal, recalculation and refund terms must be checked in the template and signed agreement for the exact format because platform access, delivered lessons, assessment and issued materials can be calculated differently. Save the plan and agreement before payment; when leaving, request written confirmation of the access-stop date and an itemised calculation of services supplied.
Payment options
Final cost depends on format, grade, plan, registration status and add-ons. Subsidised study has separate eligibility rules, while textbooks, extra classes, assessments and consultations can cost more than the base plan. Important conditions
Full-time distance-supported, part-time, family education and IBLS+ are not interchangeable. They differ in continuous enrolment, responsibility for curriculum completion, compulsory lessons and assessments, issued documents and access to state final examinations. The online-school name alone does not establish these rights; the selected format and agreement do.
Check the rules for the current grade. IBLS does not offer family education in grades 9 and 11, while admission to graduation grades and access to state examinations require separate planning. Upper grades can require confirmed previous examination results, and original documents plus submission timing depend on the format.
