Delivery and fulfilment
An order-summary email is not always the final confirmation. Once confirmed, the voucher appears under Bookings and is normally sent in a separate email. It states whether a mobile voucher is enough or printing, advance reservation or physical-ticket exchange is required.
Returns and cancellations
Cancellation rules vary between free, conditional and non-refundable. Check the package page and voucher. Use Bookings for an eligible self-service cancellation; an ordinary promo code is generally not returned after cancellation unless a separate policy says otherwise.
Important conditions
A promo code may be limited by first booking, app, account region, payment method, category, minimum spend and discount cap. A code-free price applies only to the selected package and may change. Before paying, verify the actual discount line and final cart total.
Customer support
For an existing order, open it under Bookings and use the support chat. Provide the guest name, booking reference, activity name and a precise request; a cancellation may require supporting documents.

Where do I apply a Klook promo code?

When will my Klook confirmation and voucher arrive?
The expected time is stated in the selected package's confirmation section. Instant bookings are usually confirmed quickly, while others need supplier processing. Check status and Voucher info under Bookings; the order summary and ready voucher may arrive in separate emails.
Can I cancel a Klook booking?
It depends on the package policy. Free cancellation within the stated window is normally available under Bookings. Support reviews a conditional cancellation, while a non-refundable package provides no refund. An ordinary used promo code is generally not restored.
Can I simply show a Klook voucher on my phone?
