Welcome promotion code for new Level One lecture hall students to purchase courses on art, science, or history
Step by step
A concise sequence from choosing an offer to checking its conditions.
Choose the format: in-person lecture, webinar, recording, course, excursion, workshop or Plus subscription.
Open the exact programme and check the lecturer, syllabus, age guidance, duration and included materials.
For an event, select the date and participant count; for a digital product, check the access period and rules.
Create the order and enter an eligible promo code before proceeding to payment.
Confirm that the total decreases and that the required format, date and participants remain in the order.
After payment, find the confirmation, ticket or materials in the email and account.
If plans change, request a transfer, freeze or refund under the rules for the exact purchased format.
Transfer and refund depend on product type and request timing. An event ticket can be transferred before the start when another date is available; a course accounts for sessions already delivered, while monthly and longer subscriptions follow different rules. Gift certificates have separate restrictions. Submit the request in writing and ask for a calculation for the exact order.
An event place is reserved only after online payment; cash payment at the venue is not offered. Before paying, verify the email, date, participant count and order total. If payment succeeds but no email arrives, check the account and contact support before creating a duplicate order.
Access duration cannot be carried over from one programme to another. Individual recordings and some courses state permanent access, a webinar replay may be time-limited, and the Plus library is subscription-based. Retain the selected product description and check which completed materials remain after access ends.
A course may include a chat, assignments, reviews, Plus lessons or an individual consultation, but these elements are not universal. Check session count, recording format, supplementary materials and whether part of a course can be purchased. If an element is not listed on the page, do not assume it is included.
For support, prepare the order number, account email, programme, format, date and participant count. For a webinar problem, attach a screenshot of the email or account; for a transfer, state the original and preferred dates. Never share passwords or payment confirmation codes.
Choose the format before the topic. An in-person event is tied to a venue and time, a webinar to a broadcast and replay window, a recording to account access, a course to a group of sessions and materials, and Plus to an interactive lesson library. The same topic does not imply the same access.
The project serves adults and teenagers exploring art, history, literature, cinema, music, psychology, health and other subjects for cultural and personal development. It is not professional training leading to a state qualification: value depends on content, lecturer, practice format and how the material is used beyond the session.
Level One combines lectures, webinars, recordings, courses, excursions, workshops and an interactive-lesson subscription. Topics include art, history, literature, cinema, music, architecture, philosophy, psychology, health, skills and other fields, while programme pages state the lecturer, duration and exact contents.

A webinar suits participation at a scheduled time with a limited replay period. A recording supports self-paced viewing. A course groups several sessions and may add materials, while Plus provides a subscription lesson library. Compare access and feedback before choosing.
Before the start, the ticket can be moved through the account when another date exists. If no suitable date is available, the FAQ describes exchange for a programme of the same value or freezing through support. Do not wait until the event ends because options depend on request timing.
The broadcast link is sent by email after payment and again in the reminder. The replay is sent after the webinar and remains available for the period stated for that format. If no message arrives, check the order email and account before the start.
Some programme forms allow individual sessions to be selected, but other courses are sold only as a whole. Check the exact page for a selector. If none exists, do not pay through a generic link without written support confirmation of the substitution.
The official page says completed lessons remain in the account for review. Access to the uncompleted library depends on an active subscription. Before cancelling, check lesson status and the separate refund calculation for the subscription term.
Check product format, first-order status, selected programme and any existing discount. A code may cover a lecture or course but not a subscription, certificate or already reduced item. The discount is confirmed only after the final total decreases before payment.
