Step by step
A concise sequence from choosing an offer to checking its conditions.
Enter the complete installation address so the system can show technically available plans and speeds for the building.
Compare package contents: home internet, mobile data and minutes, TV channels, KION, family functions and additional services.
Open the detailed plan conditions and separately check the regular monthly charge, installation, router, TV box and additional television costs.
On the selected option page, any special benefit conditions must apply to the address and chosen service set.
Submit the application with a correct phone number. During confirmation, agree the technology, equipment, visit date and exact recurring charges.
Prepare the documents required for the technician. After installation, test wired speed, Wi-Fi, channels, apps and the list of supplied equipment.
Retain the contract, account number and equipment receipt. Configure payment and inspect the first itemized charges before any introductory period ends.
After checking the address, MTS arranges a technician visit or equipment delivery. The person meeting the technician needs identification and the required right-to-installation documents. Before the technician leaves, test connectivity and TV and match the equipment to the receipt.
Cancellation requires a separate request identifying the services to disconnect. Settle charges and confirm the service end date before closure. Return rented router and TV equipment as a complete kit to the designated office with a handover record.
A package with mobile service is generally paid by phone number, while separate home services use the personal account number. Check the charge amount and date in My MTS or the account portal. Fees vary by payment route, so review them before confirmation.
Technology, maximum speed and TV availability are determined by the building and region. A city-level description does not guarantee service at an address; the final option is confirmed after the application's technical check.
Package contents and price depend on region and plan. Check speed, mobile allowances, SIM count, TV channels, KION, insurance and paid additions. The introductory price and regular recurring charge can differ.
A router and TV box can be sold, financed or rented. Retain the receipt and complete kit for rented equipment: on cancellation it must be returned with the power supplies, remote and cables listed in the documents.
For support, prepare the address, contract or account number, account holder name and incident time. For equipment, provide model and serial number; for billing, provide amount and payment route. Do not publish these details in open channels.
Start with the exact address because available technology and speed depend on the building. Then compare the complete monthly charge, mobile allowance, TV and KION contents, equipment and price after introductory conditions. A low initial payment does not show the long-term connection cost.
The package can suit a household needing fixed internet, television and mobile service with one payment route. If only one service is needed, a suitable router is already owned, or the mobile number must remain independent from the home contract, compare separate plans before combining them.
The current MTS Home range combines home internet with different mixes of television, mobile service, KION and family functions. Some options also include third-party liability insurance for the home; exact contents depend on plan and region.

Buildings can have different networks, speeds and services. Enter the complete address; only a technical check can confirm installation and equipment.
Open the detailed conditions and ask the operator for the normal monthly charge after introductory terms. Add equipment rental or instalments, extra TV packages and other paid services.
It depends on technology and compatibility of the existing device. Ask for equipment requirements and compare your own router with purchase, instalment and rental. A rented kit carries return obligations.
No. The official guide lists third-party liability insurance only for certain options. Verify inclusion, insured risk and conditions in the exact selected plan.
A transfer request can be submitted, but the new address requires another technical check. Before moving, confirm whether the plan, equipment and payment date remain and do not close the old connection without an agreed plan.
Submit a cancellation request, confirm the services and end date, and settle final charges. If equipment is rented, find the return office in advance and hand over the complete kit with a receipt.
