An introductory offer for eligible new subscribers.
Conditions
- Before activation, check eligibility, the current renewal price and the services included.

SberPrime is a family of subscriptions for services in the Sber ecosystem. Depending on the selected plan, it may combine media access, reward benefits, discounts and special conditions from participating services; the exact bundle should be checked immediately before activation.
Offers are ranked by benefit: fixed-amount savings from highest to lowest, then percentage discounts, followed by deals without a numeric saving.

Step by step
A concise sequence from choosing an offer to checking its conditions.
Open the SberPrime offer and sign in with the Sber ID used for the services you need.
Check whether the introductory price is available to this account and whether another SberPrime-family subscription is already active.
Compare the selected plan, access period, included services and the regular price after the introductory period.
Choose the payment method and locate the next billing date and automatic-renewal terms before confirming.
Confirm activation, then verify the SberPrime status in subscription management.
Open the required services under the same Sber ID and confirm that benefits are active; contact the activation channel's support if they are not.
Disabling the subscription stops the next renewal but does not necessarily cancel the already paid period; access normally continues until that period ends. If a charge has already occurred or activation used a separate channel, any refund request follows that channel's and subscription's terms and should not be assumed automatic.
Before payment, record the regular price, billing period, payment method and renewal date. A low introductory price does not cancel later automatic charges at the current tariff when renewal remains enabled.
The introductory price applies only to eligible activations and does not imply the same renewal price. SberPrime-family plans differ in content, cost and compatibility. Activation needs the intended Sber ID, and the final terms should be read on the confirmation screen.
For an activation issue, first check subscription status, the Sber ID used by the service and the channel where activation occurred. If SberPrime is active but Okko, Zvuk or another service does not recognise access, provide account and status-screen details without sharing passwords or payment data.
The subscription's value comes from services actually used, not the length of its benefit list. Compare the regular post-trial price with the standalone cost of services you need, and exclude benefits whose conditions you will not meet.
SberPrime is primarily useful for people already using several compatible services under one Sber ID. For one rarely used benefit, a standalone subscription or the individual service's free tier may be easier to justify.

The introductory price appears only for an eligible activation. Sign in with the intended Sber ID and verify the final screen because prior or parallel subscriptions may make the account ineligible.
Use only the regular price and next billing date shown before activation and in subscription management. The introductory price does not carry into later periods.
The bundle depends on the selected plan and may change. Review the plan card before payment and check the exact access level in every service important to you.
Confirm that the subscription is active and the service uses the same Sber ID. If statuses differ, contact the activation channel's support and identify the affected service.
Open subscription management in the channel used for activation, choose cancellation and confirm it. Then verify that the next charge date has disappeared or the renewal status has changed.
