A subscription bought on Proton's website is cancelled from the Subscription section in the account. Complete every screen and submit the cancellation reason; future renewals stop while premium access remains through the paid period.
For an eligible recent purchase, request a refund from Proton support. An App Store subscription is cancelled there and refunded through Apple; Google Play may also use its own route. Bank-transfer and cash payments are excluded from the guarantee.
