Orders are dispatched within Russia after full payment. Delivery timing and cost are calculated at checkout according to the region, order value, and selected method; CDEK and 5Post are available. Cosmetics and fragrances of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact SENECA within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photographs. Before payment, confirm stock, delivery timing, and the terms applicable to the item.
