Before and after checkout
Returns and cancellations
Refunds follow the contract and tariff purchased. Before requesting one, record the paid package, completed and remaining lessons, bonuses and charges. The amount may be recalculated for services delivered and special-tariff terms; obtain the required form and route through the account or support.
Payment options
