Returns and cancellations
Under the published offer, a customer may cancel by written notice. A request made within the first seven calendar days after joining the course is eligible for a full refund; later calculations deduct each started month. For bank-financed payments, the school returns only the money it received, excluding bank interest and other finance costs.
