Ticketscloud is a ticketing technology platform for event organisers, distributors and attendees. Tickets for concerts, festivals, parties, theatre shows, exhibitions, lectures, business events and sports activities can be sold through pages and widgets created with the platform. Event availability and purchase conditions are set by the relevant organiser, so Ticketscloud should not be treated as the organiser of every listed event.
Before paying, check the city, venue, date, start time, age restriction and selected admission area or seat. Confirm whether a service fee is included in the displayed total and which documents may be required at entry. The electronic ticket is normally delivered to the email address entered during checkout and can also be located or resent through the attendee account.
A Ticketscloud promo code will commonly apply to a particular event, ticket category, sales period or limited allocation. Enter it during checkout and verify that the total has changed before completing payment. Promotional tickets may be subject to additional refund restrictions.
Refund requests are submitted through the attendee account. Eligibility and the refundable amount depend on the event type, reason for the request, time remaining before the event and the organiser’s conditions. Service fees may be non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or changed, follow the instructions issued by Ticketscloud and the organiser. Avoid purchasing screenshots of QR codes from unknown sellers; use the platform’s supported tools when transferring or reselling eligible smart tickets.
