Record the exact specification, quantity, price, payment stages, shipping deadline, freight method and remedies for non-conformity in the order.

Delivery and fulfilment
Record who arranges freight and the point to which the supplier's price applies. Confirm Incoterms, production lead time, dispatch date, transport mode, packaging, insurance, customs documents and responsibility for import charges. Production time and transit time are separate stages.
Returns and cancellations
Trade Assurance applies only to an eligible order and the terms recorded in it. For delay, shortage, damage or non-conformity, open Order details, request a refund and attach the agreed specification, photos, video, inspection report and shipping records. If supplier negotiation fails, the case can be escalated to Alibaba.com for review.
Important conditions
A saving may depend on new-buyer status, country, selected product, a single supplier, minimum spend and checkout route. Freight, samples, customization, duties and taxes normally require separate confirmation. The proof of a saving is the recalculated total for the actual order before payment, not a headline percentage on a collection page.
Customer support
Ask product questions through Message Center and keep specifications and agreements on the platform. For a paid order, start support from its order page so the supplier, payment and shipment are attached to the case. Do not send money using payment details received in an external messenger.
