Before and after checkout
Delivery and fulfilment
The item first travels from the seller to Buyee's warehouse in Japan and then as a separate international shipment to the buyer. Both legs are charged separately. International cost depends on actual weight, dimensions, destination and method; even a seller's free-shipping item can incur domestic postage if the method is changed.
Returns and cancellations
After a request is submitted, Buyee generally does not accept buyer-convenience cancellation, exchange or return, including wrong size or ordering mistake. Compensation is limited to the plan selected in advance and its proven events, such as a clearly different item, damage or loss. Electronics are not function-tested and brand authenticity is not verified.
Payment options
The first payment is made when requesting purchase and the second after the warehouse calculates shipment. Listed cards and electronic methods are available in the account, with currency depending on card-issuing or payment-account country. Before paying, check exchange rate, bank charges and ability to make the later second payment.
Important conditions
A coupon must first be claimed from its offer page or My Page. Item-price and service-fee discounts apply at the first payment, while international-shipping discounts apply at the second. Check marketplace, purchase type, minimum spend and other restrictions before the relevant payment because a forgotten coupon generally cannot be added later.
A visible listing does not guarantee international shipment. Restrictions depend on item, carrier and country: batteries, liquids, food, oversized or fragile goods can require special handling or be prohibited. Customs duties and charges are outside normal service fees and are not reimbursed by a plan.
Customer support
For support, provide order and package numbers, store, item, selected plan and stage: purchase, warehouse or international delivery. For a mismatch, attach the seller listing, tags and photos; for damage, keep outer and inner packaging. Submit compensation within the plan deadline and retain evidence until a decision is made.

Why does Buyee use two separate payments?
The purchase request charges the item, purchase fee and selected plan. Exact international shipping is not yet known. After warehouse arrival, domestic Japanese postage, actual weight and dimensions, international method and optional services are determined and form the second payment.
At which stage is a Buyee coupon applied?
First claim the coupon in the account. Item-price and service-fee coupons are selected at the first payment; international-shipping coupons at the second after warehouse arrival. If it is missing, check marketplace, amount, order type and validity before paying rather than expecting a later adjustment.
Can exact Buyee shipping be known before purchase?
No. The calculator estimates from entered weight and destination, while exact cost appears after warehouse receipt and measurement. Allow for packaging, seller domestic postage and method restrictions; oversized goods can differ substantially from the estimate.
Can a Buyee order be cancelled because the size is unsuitable?
Generally no. After a request, the service purchases on the customer's behalf and does not accept cancellation, return or exchange for size, expectations from a photo or buyer error. Check the Japanese description, size chart, condition and contents before confirmation.
How should a Buyee compensation plan be chosen?
Standard combines inspection for obvious mismatch with shipping insurance; separate plans cover only one side, while Lite provides no such compensation. Compare item value and risk with exclusions. No plan authenticates brands or covers ordinary electronic malfunction.
Does Buyee package consolidation always reduce shipping?
No. Consolidation can replace several international shipments, but the resulting parcel becomes heavier and larger and available methods can change. Before confirmation, compare final dimensions, protective packaging, rates and destination restrictions.
