Step by step
A concise sequence from choosing an offer to checking its conditions.
Confirm that Buyee supports the selected Japanese store and your delivery country.
Open the item and review seller, condition, size, contents, restrictions and estimated packed dimensions.
Add the item to Buyee Cart and sign in or register.
Claim an eligible coupon in My Page and choose a compensation plan before submitting the request.
Review the first payment for item, purchase fee and plan, then confirm the purchase request.
After Japanese warehouse arrival, choose consolidation, packaging and an international shipping method where needed.
At the second payment, apply a shipping coupon and review the final amount with possible customs costs in mind.
The item first travels from the seller to Buyee's warehouse in Japan and then as a separate international shipment to the buyer. Both legs are charged separately. International cost depends on actual weight, dimensions, destination and method; even a seller's free-shipping item can incur domestic postage if the method is changed.
After a request is submitted, Buyee generally does not accept buyer-convenience cancellation, exchange or return, including wrong size or ordering mistake. Compensation is limited to the plan selected in advance and its proven events, such as a clearly different item, damage or loss. Electronics are not function-tested and brand authenticity is not verified.
The first payment is made when requesting purchase and the second after the warehouse calculates shipment. Listed cards and electronic methods are available in the account, with currency depending on card-issuing or payment-account country. Before paying, check exchange rate, bank charges and ability to make the later second payment.
A coupon must first be claimed from its offer page or My Page. Item-price and service-fee discounts apply at the first payment, while international-shipping discounts apply at the second. Check marketplace, purchase type, minimum spend and other restrictions before the relevant payment because a forgotten coupon generally cannot be added later.
A visible listing does not guarantee international shipment. Restrictions depend on item, carrier and country: batteries, liquids, food, oversized or fragile goods can require special handling or be prohibited. Customs duties and charges are outside normal service fees and are not reimbursed by a plan.
For support, provide order and package numbers, store, item, selected plan and stage: purchase, warehouse or international delivery. For a mismatch, attach the seller listing, tags and photos; for damage, keep outer and inner packaging. Submit compensation within the plan deadline and retain evidence until a decision is made.
Calculate the total in two stages. The first payment covers the item, purchase fee and selected plan; the second covers seller-to-warehouse delivery, international shipping, optional services and possible taxes. Estimate weight and dimensions before requesting purchase, while recognising that exact shipping is known only after warehouse arrival.
The service suits buyers prepared to verify the Japanese listing, seller, condition, size, contents and export restrictions themselves. Used, collectible, branded and electronic goods need particular care because Buyee does not authenticate products or test device operation.
Buyee does more than forward a prepacked parcel: it purchases on the customer's behalf, receives the item at a Japanese warehouse and arranges international dispatch after a separate instruction. This is why item cost and international shipping are calculated at different stages.

The purchase request charges the item, purchase fee and selected plan. Exact international shipping is not yet known. After warehouse arrival, domestic Japanese postage, actual weight and dimensions, international method and optional services are determined and form the second payment.
First claim the coupon in the account. Item-price and service-fee coupons are selected at the first payment; international-shipping coupons at the second after warehouse arrival. If it is missing, check marketplace, amount, order type and validity before paying rather than expecting a later adjustment.
No. The calculator estimates from entered weight and destination, while exact cost appears after warehouse receipt and measurement. Allow for packaging, seller domestic postage and method restrictions; oversized goods can differ substantially from the estimate.
Generally no. After a request, the service purchases on the customer's behalf and does not accept cancellation, return or exchange for size, expectations from a photo or buyer error. Check the Japanese description, size chart, condition and contents before confirmation.
Standard combines inspection for obvious mismatch with shipping insurance; separate plans cover only one side, while Lite provides no such compensation. Compare item value and risk with exclusions. No plan authenticates brands or covers ordinary electronic malfunction.
No. Consolidation can replace several international shipments, but the resulting parcel becomes heavier and larger and available methods can change. Before confirmation, compare final dimensions, protective packaging, rates and destination restrictions.
