Add the required quantity to the cart and select a shipping method after comparing the full order cost.

At Proceed to Pay, review the coupons chosen by the system and make sure the displayed total has decreased before the order is created.

After payment, monitor the status and tracking number in My Orders. For non-delivery, damage or a material mismatch, retain evidence and open Return & Refund within the window available for that order.

Delivery and fulfilment
Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery depend on the item, seller and destination. After dispatch, the tracking number and estimated date are available in My Orders, and tracking may not update immediately. Import taxes, documents and destination-country restrictions can be the buyer's responsibility and should be checked before payment.
Returns and cancellations
A DHgate return is not the same unconditional right for every item. For non-delivery, damage, missing contents or a material mismatch, open Return & Refund from the order and provide photos, video, messages or tracking evidence. The dispute starts with the seller; when unresolved and the option is available, it can be escalated to DHgate.
Important conditions
DHgate uses platform coupons and individual seller coupons. The cart shows eligible options and applies the seller coupon first; a compatible DHgate coupon may be combined with it. The platform-coupon minimum excludes shipping, one such coupon can be used once per order, and no coupon can be added after the order number is created. The cart is the final confirmation of eligibility.

Direct questions about specifications, stock, package contents or dispatch to the particular seller through Chat or Message. Check payment, delivery and dispute status in My Orders. For an order problem, prepare the order number, listing link, messages, photos and tracking evidence so the claim can be compared with the purchase terms.
