Returns and cancellations
An eligible online item can be returned within 14 days after receipt in original condition with labels, included pieces, and proof of purchase. Used or personalized products, underwear, hosiery, swimwear, fragrance, beauty, and other listed categories are excluded. Delivery charges are normally not refunded unless the order was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Payment options
Available payment methods are shown for the specific order at checkout. For instalments, select an offered provider, complete its approval, and compare the payment schedule with the final total. H&M first registers a return for such a purchase, after which the provider adjusts the remaining payments.
Important conditions
Member rewards appear in the account and apply to eligible products. Unless a promotion explicitly permits combining benefits, promo codes, discounts, and other offers do not stack. Treat a benefit as applied only after the bag displays the changed price; an item in the bag is not reserved and can sell out before payment.
