For Russia, the official site lists courier delivery, CDEK and 5Post collection points and try-on with refusal at selected CDEK points. When items are held at different warehouses, one order can arrive as separate parcels at different times. Tracking is sent by email.
Returns and cancellations
The Russian storefront allows a return or exchange request for an ordinary purchase within seven calendar days after receipt, while the international storefront states 14 days.
