Returns and cancellations
Before cancelling, open the booking's cancellation terms in the account. A refundable rate permits cancellation without penalty only within its stated window; afterwards, or for a non-refundable rate, the penalty may be partial or full. Payments collected by Ostrovok are returned to the original card, with posting time determined by the bank.
Payment options
Ostrovok offers rates paid in full before arrival, partially prepaid rates and property-payment rates. Promo codes and GURU points are available only for a rate paid in full before arrival. Taxes and services listed as not included are paid separately, and the payment type cannot be changed after booking.

Check whether it is refundable, when free cancellation ends, who charges the payment and when, whether a card guarantee is required, what is payable locally and which guest restrictions apply. Why does the same room have several prices on Ostrovok?
Rates can differ by meals, payment timing and method, cancellation, included services and guest conditions. Compare entries with the same room category and beds, then open payment, cancellation and not-included details.
How can free cancellation be confirmed on Ostrovok?
Before paying, find the exact free-cancellation deadline in the selected rate. After booking, open the cancellation terms in the account. If the window has ended or the rate is non-refundable, the system shows a partial or full penalty before cancellation is confirmed.
Where can an Ostrovok booking confirmation be found?
