Choose accommodation and a rate eligible for the promotion.
On the website, open the promo-code control in the booking-cost section; in the app, it is in the payment section.
Enter one chosen promo code.
Select the Apply button.
Check the recalculated amount and points conditions before payment.
Review the selected rate’s cancellation terms before proceeding.
Cancellation depends on the accommodation rate. After a free self-cancellation, the code returns only while the campaign is active; a penalised cancellation does not restore it. Yandex's help provides for code restoration when the property or partner caused the cancellation. A monetary refund and restoring a code are separate matters.
Apply a code before paying for an eligible Yandex Travel booking. Check user eligibility, property or destination, minimum spend and discount cap. One booking allows one promo code. Check redemption of existing Plus points separately from earning new cashback, using the promotion terms and your order.
For help with a booking, open My Trips in the account used to place it. A booking made without signing in can be located by its number. Keep the booking number, selected rate conditions and any promo-code error message for support.
Compare the same room, meals, payment option and cancellation terms. A 25% discount capped at RUB 3,000 reduces an eligible RUB 30,000 booking to RUB 27,000: an effective 10% saving. This is a calculation, not a property quote.

On the website, open the promo-code control in the booking-cost section. In the app, find Promo code in the payment section. Enter the code, apply it and check the amount before paying. Saving a code in your account does not automatically apply it to a booking.
Check the destination or eligible hotel list, minimum spend, user eligibility, booking channel, expiry and payment method. The code may be single-use or have a campaign-wide participant quota. These accommodation codes are not for flights or trains. If the conditions match, give support the error message.
Yandex's help says a free self-cancellation restores the code while the campaign remains active; a penalised cancellation does not. If the property or partner caused the cancellation, the code should return. Check the penalty and campaign period before cancelling; reuse is not guaranteed in every situation.
Sign in to the account used for the booking and open My Trips. A booking made without signing in can be found by its booking number. Check the cancellation conditions in your own order, not just a general hotel promotion.
Look for offers open to all users. At the 9 September 2026 review, the offer of RUB 1,000 off an eligible booking of at least RUB 10,000 was listed for all website and app users. All-user eligibility does not mean unlimited redemptions. Check personal restrictions and the application result before reuse.
The general terms allow combined use unless the particular promotion or interface states an exception. Spending existing points is different from earning new cashback. The Sharjah offer excludes earning points, and the service warns cashback may be absent after an affiliate referral. Check the terms and calculation for your own booking.
