Electronic document and boarding method depend on the product. A coach trip may require an exchange form or printout, rail travel may depend on electronic registration, and a flight uses an itinerary receipt plus carrier check-in. Follow the instruction in the issued ticket.
Returns and cancellations
Refund and amendment depend on transport type, fare, time before departure and reason. Open the order in the profile and check available actions and calculated amount before confirming. A coach-ticket exchange may actually be a refund to certificate plus a new purchase; airfare changes require fare and airline permission.
Important conditions
A from-price or general search page is not a discount. A promotion must reduce the total for an exact order and state its restrictions. Before payment, check the fare, Tutu fee, carrier fee, insurance, baggage and other products as separate lines.

Why is there currently no separate Tutu promo code?
Ticket booking, schedules, support and loyalty membership are not discounts by themselves. A promo code or deal needs a distinct verifiable benefit with clear terms; ordinary service features do not qualify as such offers.
Where do I request a Tutu order refund?
Open the order in the profile or follow the link in the ticket email. When a refund action is available, the calculated amount appears before confirmation. For an exceptional case, contact support with the order number and supporting documents.
How does Tutu exchange a coach ticket?
Coach stations generally do not support direct reissue. When the fare allows a refund, Tutu can return the available value as a certificate and a new ticket is then purchased. Check deductions, certificate value and any additional payment before confirming.
Do I need to register to find a Tutu order?
A profile may have been created automatically when an order was placed. It contains tickets, trip details and eligible refund or amendment actions. If sign-in fails, use the order email or recover access with the purchase contact details.
