Delivery is available through CDEK to a pickup point or by courier, and through Russian Post to a branch or by courier. Russian Post requires prepayment. Free delivery is stated for online-paid orders from RUB 12,000; the final cost and timing depend on region and fulfilment method.
Returns and cancellations
An eligible online purchase in proper condition can be requested for return within seven calendar days of receipt. It must remain unworn with tags, labels, consumer properties and proof of payment.
