After purchase, the eSIM appears in My eSIMs, while instructions are also available from the order confirmation. Depending on the device, the profile can be installed directly, by QR code or manually. QR installation may require another screen; use stable internet and do not interrupt the profile download.
Returns and cancellations
For a wrong or non-working eSIM, open package history and check for the refund button. It appears only for eligible orders; a used or expired package may not qualify. If the button is absent, contact support before further installation or use.
