Consider the length of the trip and whether reliable hotel Wi-Fi will be available. Any remaining data expires at the end of the plan’s validity period, and an active plan cannot be paused.
Before purchasing, confirm that the phone supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked. Install the Saily app and eSIM profile over a reliable internet connection before departure, enable data roaming for the Saily profile and disable automatic cellular data switching. The plan activates at the destination. Saily plans are data-only and do not include a phone number, conventional calls or SMS messages.
A full refund for a non-activated data plan can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Once the plan is active or data has been consumed, a full refund is not guaranteed. A full or partial refund may be considered when Saily-related service problems prevent use or more than 99% of the data remains. Check the destination, allowance and device compatibility before activation.
