Cuva is a gift-certificate service for stays at hotels, country resorts, glamping sites, and city destinations. It suits couples, families, spa breaks, city trips, and outdoor getaways: the buyer chooses a certificate format, while the recipient selects a hotel and convenient dates from the available options.
Before purchasing, decide who the gift is for and which format fits best: a stay for two, a family break, accommodation with meals, a spa experience, or a certificate for a chosen amount. Check the description of the exact certificate for the number of nights, guests, included services, possible supplements, hotel locations, and booking rules. A value-based certificate can be used to book hotels listed on the platform, but the availability of a specific property and date is confirmed during booking.
Certificates are valid for two years from the purchase date; if you are buying early, ask whether the start date can be postponed. Cuva recommends booking at least seven days before arrival. An electronic certificate is sent by email after payment, while a branded envelope and gift packaging with delivery are also available. Before paying, review the selected certificate’s terms, dates, accommodation details, and extra costs: travel, some hotel services, and extra beds may not be included in the certificate value.
