Delivery and fulfilment

A service can be delivered at the customer's location, at the provider's premises or remotely, depending on the task. Before selection, agree the exact address or communication channel, site access, required tools and materials, travel outside the provider's area and the person accepting the result.

Payment options

For direct settlement, agree payment terms with the provider. If the order uses Payment through Profi.ru, follow its built-in flow. The customer must accept revised price, timing and scope; an external link is not platform payment.

Important conditions

A passport check does not guarantee workmanship. Assess similar jobs and the agreement with the provider; do not read a promotional safety claim as an unconditional guarantee of results or refunds.
