Before and after checkout
Returns and cancellations
Submit cancellations, changes and refunds through Manage Booking in Orders. Eligibility, fees and amount depend on the airline, property or supplier. Review the displayed calculation before confirming; separate insurance or refund-guarantee products have their own terms.
Payment options
Check the charged currency and total after baggage, seats, insurance and other add-ons. If the card currency differs, the bank or payment processor may apply its own rate and fee, which Airpaz does not control.
Important conditions
A discount may be limited to the app and a particular booking type. Enter the code before payment and verify that the intended order total changed. Do not assume the percentage covers taxes, fees or add-ons without explicit confirmation.
With several airlines, verify whether segments share one ticket, who handles baggage and whether the connection is sufficient. The platform states that each carrier's rules apply separately and onward connections are not always guaranteed.
Customer support
For support, prepare the Airpaz code, booking email, route or property, traveller name and exact request. Do not publish passport or payment data. Check status in Orders first and use the relevant change, baggage or refund form.

Choose an eligible booking, proceed to payment and enter the code in the provided field. Compare total and currency before confirmation. If the amount does not change, do not complete payment until product type and promotion eligibility are checked.
Where is an Airpaz booking confirmation found?
Check email, then open Orders with the code and email address or sign in to the account. The itinerary can be resent there. If status remains Processing, do not buy a replacement before issuance is clarified.
Can a flight booked through Airpaz be changed?
It depends on the fare and airline. Find the booking in Orders and choose flight change if available. Check fees and fare difference before submitting; the supplier may refuse the change.
Can an Airpaz hotel booking be cancelled for free?
Only when the selected rate permits penalty-free cancellation before its stated cutoff. Open the booking and review the amount before confirmation. A non-refundable rate or late cancellation may provide no refund.
What should be done about a passenger-name error in Airpaz?
Do not wait until departure day. Open the booking and submit a data-correction request. Eligibility and cost are set by the carrier; replacing a passenger after issuance is generally not the same as correcting a typo.
How is baggage added to an Airpaz booking?
Find the booking in Orders and choose add baggage if available. Compare allowance, baggage type and price before payment. With multiple airlines, rules may differ between segments.
